This Pic was taken in the wake of tropical storm Alberto, the first named storm of the 2006 season. It got to tropical storm strength about 200/250 miles from Cayman, but we still got significant wind and very choppy seas. We went to the beach and swam for a bit - it was good fun.
WARNING: do not attempt at home! For one, the sharks will eat you.
We did a 10 mile cycle on Sunday - got up really early, and had a good time. Did it in around 36 minutes - Average speed of 17miles/hour... Course the pro's did it in like 22 mins but hey, I'm riding a heavy-set bottom of the range mountain bike. Might need to upgrade - we'll see how this cycling thing progresses.

This was a fun evening. Lindz had suggested we do supper in Covent Garden - I suggested 7pm, Garry only got there at 9pm or something. he had some lame excuse about work or something. :-) Anyway, it was great to catch up. Seems the whole world is heading to Londonium at the moment.
