Cycling for Cancer
We did a 10 mile cycle on Sunday - got up really early, and had a good time. Did it in around 36 minutes - Average speed of 17miles/hour... Course the pro's did it in like 22 mins but hey, I'm riding a heavy-set bottom of the range mountain bike. Might need to upgrade - we'll see how this cycling thing progresses.

Yeah. Get you on a light Trek and you'll be up there with the pros for sure ;)
Cycling is great though, especially if you have good countryside to explore.
Not much countryside to explore here - no rolling hills and dales. Happily the ride was flat though (greatest rise of about 1% on the route). Lesser mortals still managed to do the slow version of 50 minutes. Was fun though.
